Templates cannot be sold or shared as templates with or without modification. They are meant to be a starting point only when designing a site for a client or yourself.

Each Wix Template purchase is valid for use on a single project or website only (e.g., 1 Wix Template purchase = 1 website). If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites or clients, you must purchase an additional license for each new project.

If you are using the template to create a design for a client, you must not claim or promote these designs as exclusively your own work. Templates cannot be resold as templates; you must be doing the work for your client.

Doing the work means that you, as the designer, are actively customizing, setting up, and/or managing the website on behalf of your client. This includes tasks such as adding content, configuring settings, and making necessary adjustments to meet the client's needs. Simply providing the template to the client without these personalized services would not qualify as "doing the work."

With the exception of free templates, which can never be used for clients and are always for personal use only.

Credit License

Credit Required License: This license requires you to keep the Trendsetter Templates designer credit on the website that links back to www.trendsettertemplates.com (you may use your affiliate link). 

Credit Not Required License: This license allows you to remove the Trendsetter Templates designer credit from the website. You still cannot claim it and sell it as your own.

Do not sell or share our themed assets in any way, as is nor modified. 

If you are making your own website templates to sell and you want to use assets from our themes you cannot copy our current template layouts and you must make your own original template. 

When using themed assets you must change the images and any written content out with your own.

Each template pack purchase is intended for use with a single project or business. However, you are free to reuse the templates as many times as needed within that one project or business.

Guidelines for Resale Products:

• Sell as Is (but not as a Canva Template): Products marked for resale can be sold in their original form, just not as a Canva template.

• Personal or Commercial Use: You are free to use these products for both personal and commercial projects.

• Modify and Change: Feel free to alter any part of the resale product, including its branding, content, or authorship (e.g., rewrite, add/remove content, rename, rebrand, claim as your own, or make any other modifications).

• Resale Rights: Sell products marked for resale with personal use and commercial use rights, but remember, your customer cannot resell the product.

• Membership Access: You can provide access to the resale products through a paid membership on your website.

• Lead Magnets: You can give away resale products as a lead magnet when they are modified and in one of these file types: flattened PDF, PNG, JPEG. Note: Original Canva Template File access cannot be given away for free or as a lead magnet.

• No Resale Rights Transfer: You cannot sell the right to resell (i.e., your customer cannot resell the product).

Please also refer to Canva’s License for products that are Canva templates to ensure compliance with their terms.

Ivory Mix Styled Stock

Ivory Mix is the copyright holder of the photos/videos. The photos/videos included within your template may only be used on the template. You may not extract and use these photos outside of the template. Should you want an extended license to use the photos in a different application, you may do so by purchasing them at IvoryMix.com by becoming a member of the Ivory Mix Membership.
