Do you provide support to my clients?
No, we do not offer support to your client. That responsibility is yours to handle, as you are the amazing designer in charge of delivering a seamless experience to your clients. We're here to empower you with the tools and resources you need to shine!
Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the nature of our products being digital, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once purchased. However, you may cancel an automatic renewal membership at any time in your account. Please note that no prorated refunds will be given for early cancellations.

How can I use the template and theme bundle?
You can use the templates and themes for personal or client projects—no Trendsetter Templates | Everyoul credit required.

Template customization or semi-custom website services: Tailor the templates to fit your clients’ unique needs and preferences.
What is not allowed?
You can NOT sell or share any part of our themes or templates even if modified. If you are using the template to create a design for a client, you must not claim or promote these designs as exclusively your own work. Templates cannot be resold as templates; you must be doing the work for your client.
Do not sell or share our themed assets in any way, as is nor modified. We ask that if you are making your own website templates to sell and you want to use assets from our themes you do not copy our current template layouts and you make your own original template. We also ask that you change the images and written content with your own.
Does the designer bundle automatically renew?
Absolutely not! The Designer Bundle is a one-time fee that grants you exclusive access to the Designer Vault for a full year.
If you’re looking to elevate your game, we offer the Designer Elite option. You can choose to purchase Designer Elite, which includes the one-time fee plus lock-in an automatic yearly membership at a lower renewal rate.
For those who already have the Designer Bundle, when your first year is up, you can opt for the Elite add-on with a yearly membership to unlock those amazing extras. You're in control, and we keep it simple and stylish.
How many licenes do I get with the bundle?
